At ChicRoom Properties, we specialize in property sales, along with mid and long-term furnished apartment rentals in Barcelona.
The story of our company actually begins with that of another. Patricia Berrocal founded ChicRoom Barcelona, a company that provides holidaymakers Barcelona holiday accommodation, in 2006. Starting with a single property in a building near Sagrada Familia, the business blossomed and became the first of its kind in Barcelona. There were many real estate companies handling sales, and a number of hotels providing holiday accommodation, but no one was offering visitors the chance to find short-term self-catered apartments. As such, ChicRoom Barcelona thrived, and still offers holiday accommodation, tourist apartments, and business accommodation in Barcelona today.
However, the company was receiving many requests from people searching for mid-term and long-term accommodation. With their local knowledge of the city and ample experience in real estate, the team formed ChicRoom Properties to fill this gap in the market. Today, ChicRoom Properties is one of the few companies in Barcelona offering mid-term properties. After starting with mid-term apartments, the business expanded into long-term stays, and eventually into property for sale in Barcelona.
