With this 2-bedroom apartment for rent on the seaside La Barceloneta we knew straight away that mad the right decision to settle down there. My partner and I love the beach and living in a central area, and this property met our expectations.

Have you ever felt relaxed thanks to the cool air of the sea blowing on you? This is what we could feel almost every day from the balcony and especially during breakfast or while sipping a glass of wine in the evening. And thanks to the orientation the sun floods the apartment with bright light all-day long.

The balcony works as an extension of the living room, which is separated by large double-glazed windows. This is space is particularly comfortable and enjoys great views over the Barceloneta beach. When you open the windows you can relax on the sofa with the sound of the waves in the background.

Located next door and directly connected to it, my partner and I really enjoyed cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen. Not only it has all the necessary high-standard household appliances but its organisation and open space makes it a very functional space to use.

We are a couple without children but thanks to the two bedrooms the apartment could also suit a family. Our bedroom was the master bedroom with a wide double bed and with the same amazing views as from the balcony. The other bedroom is single and was used for guests. It could definitely used as a children’s room if necessary.

There is one complete bathroom with shower, sink and WC with a fantastic interior design.

The location of the apartment is unbeatable. Situated at one tip of La Barceloneta district, the beach and the Mediterranean Sea are almost of the doorstep. We were so lucky to be able to eat the best paellas and sea food dishes of Barcelona nearby and we will miss that a lot! Whenever we needed to reach the city centre, we could walk, cycle or use public transport to get wherever we wanted very quickly. And being on the seaside we could sunbathe and go for a swimming during the hot days or go for a run along the promenade.

Saying that this apartment for rent La Barceloneta is special would be a euphemism. There are few properties like this in Barcelona and you should not hesitate too long before visiting it.
